When shipped from the factory, the product’s batteries are disconnected. To connect the battery please attach the grey coupler under the seat, following the manual for correct installation. The mower batteries must be charged for 24hrs before first use. To ensure the battery is fully charged please use the battery level indicator.

Before using your mower some final checks should be conducted to ensure all features are working correctly, such as the accelerator/brake pedal, deck height adjustment, charger and so on. Additionally, we recommend the user to ensure tyres are inflated to the recommended pressure (1.6 bar). We also recommend testing the operator presence safety interlock system that stops the blades if the user gets up from the mower while the blade are running. Please see the manual for more details.

When changing the blades on your ride-on mower, there are two ways to access the blades. The first is by removing the deck, which is the easiest and safest way. The second is to raise the mower. Please follow our step-by-step guide video to ensure correct installation. Caution: only use genuine Ryobi® blade bolts. The use of unauthorised blade bolts could damage your mower.
